The platform is very streamlined. Inventory, orders, and fulfillment across multiple channels used to feel chaotic and reactive. Now it's so organized and scalable. We've been using the automatic purchase order functionality, so instead of relying on our spreadsheets, we can get purchase orders with one click based on current stock levels, shipments, and AI-driven demand forecasting. The big difference (as is with any good product) is the people behind it all. Everyone has been super responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. They move fast, communicate clearly, and care about solving problems. I've been impressed.
