There is documentation, but it is a bit hard to find. O365 doesn't back these up and they don't go into the recycle bin. WIth Veeam, I was able to restore his notes. I also had the case where a person had gone through their email deleting unnecessary items, then at the end of the day accidentally deleted all of their email for the day. They could have restored all of their deleted items from the day but then would have had to go through the email again to remove the unneeded items. Because backup had completed, we were able to restore only the items that they meant to keep in their inbox. ### 17. Although 365 does offer some basic backup functionality in the method of previous versions and a recycle bin, for the sake of a free product (for up to 10 users) or a fairly low-cost, then the peace of mind is invaluable. ### 28. Veeam support was helpful, but ultimately unable to recover them. I also have no idea why I can't just buy licenses from Veeam. So, it's great for recovering files and folders after deletion. And it's great for protecting against ransomware. ### 32.
