What do you like best about Vault Platform?

The selections for how you want to submit. Vault is very clear on what your selections mean and what level of anonymity you will have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vault Platform?

I was shocked that there was not a desktop interface (NOTE: I learned this was an implementation choice on the part of my company and Vault has an offering here we do not use; updated review from 1.5 to 3 stars). Given the nature of the tool, you are expected to supply evidence and long-form responses. In most cases these will have been recorded or stored on a computer. Pushing people to enter on a mobile form causes rework and a bad experience where you can not do submission in a way that is intuitive and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to navigate dashboard"

What do you like best about Vault Platform?

I find the dashboard is easy to navigate and user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vault Platform?

I find having to go to the Vault website to login to the resolution hub rather than having an application a little clunky. (There is a phone app but I don't have a work mobile.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vault Platform?

Simple to use and has a clean interface. Vault can encrypt and decrypt data. It protects sensitive data.

We use our investigation report to attach to Vault to ensure all details are saved into the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vault Platform?

I would consider a follow-up email from the date you have a complaint assigned to you ( with a period pre-established). Another suggestion would be to determine the kind of report you are receiving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found the solution a great place where employees can speak up. It is a way as well as to keep a finger on the pulse of what's going on in your work environment, taking measures to address matters that most people are afraid of speaking up face to face Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello and thank you for making time to share feedback with us. I just want to clarify that notifications to reporters do exist. The reporter, for their own reasons, may choose to turn these notifications off, but notifications are indeed part of the software.

The only thing that I consider a limitation is the fact that documents have to exported out of the platform for review. This could raise confidentiality issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We will use Vault to offer staff, students abs collaborators the opportunity to speak up anonymously if they wit or experience inappropriate behaviour. Vault will not replace the existing channels but will offer more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vault Platform?

Using Vault is very straightforward. I was able to create an account with ease and had my account approved within seconds. The user face and UI is easy to navigate and I can clearly navigate to sections of the platform that I need to get to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
