Integrates with multiple ERPs, which is fantastic for our private equity firm where we have portfolio companies on different systems. Vareto allows us to report and monitor all of our companies in a familiar format while giving us transaction level observability into the numbers.

The software has been very easy to use, intuitive, and fairly painless to implement. The ability to quickly slice and dice data, as well as quickly present it in a concise and easily digestable format is a game-changer. Add on top of that the ability for users to add comments and ask questions directly in reports/dashboards, our teams will be more connected and organized during the financial review and planning processes than ever before.

Migrating from our Excel-based planning and reporting processes has saved our team days of work each month, and even more during annual planning cycles. Board, Exec, and Dept reporting is flexible and accessible to our business users. Permissions and user management is intuitive and simple.

The implementation team has been outstanding, helping us in great detail during the entire process. Being a SAAS start-up, we've had a few metics tracked via excel as opposed to ERP/CRM and they've been able to build integrations that allow us to continue to input data via Gsheet so that it's accesible in Vareto, basically helping us keep certain manual process while we transtion our software stack. Any apprehension I had about a partial/failed implementation dissapeared when I saw how committed they were to finding custom solutions for the state of our data.

We are still developing our use of the planning functionality, but have been very happy with out of the box OPEX planning. Collaboration with business users is strightforward and the tools for communication allow for detailed documentation. There are a few HRIS integrations that are not natively configured for Vareto and so we've opted for periodic CSV uploads. Not a huge issue, but does mean there is some regular maintenance with data. Pretty typcial with most FP&A solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vareto makes it easy to collaborate with our finance counterparts on any dashboard. And since the data pulls directly from our ERP, we have a verified source of truth.

We've also been able to set up monthly spend reports by department for team leads that require zero manual work or intervention from our team. In addition, all of our financials are now set up as dashboards in Vareto, saving our Controller numerous hours each month.

Equally important as all of the efficiencies that we've gained, the quick implemenation time and ease of integration allowed for us to be up and running in no time. The biggest downside is that we are not able to resync with our ERP if we need to refresh data in the middle of the day. We've been told that it's currently on their roadmap to smooth our the refresh process though which is great to hear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform offers a uniform station for finance to interact with the business creating a very frictionless ability to get self-service and allowing for finance teams to be more strategic. The ease of implementation and white glove service only help further to ensure success on the platform. Overall, the biggest driver for moving to Vareto beyond the self-service capability was the long term vision that enables finance to move into a more analytical, forward thinking organization. Platform is very easy to use with fast implementation timeline. Strong UX/UI. Ability to drill into vendor-level details is a huge plus. Customer success team is highly responsive which is especially helpful in the first few months of using the platform as we were able to get up to speed quickly. Currently the planning function isn't as advanced as its reporting function as plans have to be set up in a certain way for it to flow through to the reportings side, but understand that Vareto is currently working on improving this part of the platform. Great product thats easy to use and the fast integration is a big plus as their competitors had a much longer ramp up period.

Not to mention their support team's timely solution oriented communication is a huge bonus.

I like how they offer the ability to intregrate data that has multiple dimensions , such as sites, location, markets, deparements , product lines..etc. Other competiors only allowed 2-3 dimensions which might be okay for some but since we are expanding we needed the scalability they offer.

Recently they've added the feature where you can export multiple reports at once , which is helpful as you can create an entire board package with financial and non finanical data and export it with one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Exporting funcationality: When i started using it about a year ago , they only had unformated csv exporting of one report at a time but since then they've upgraded to include formatted excel export. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vareto makes it very easy to evaluate and share our financial performance at different altitudes. With a few clicks, I can go from analyzing total company financial trends to reviewing individual vendor spend by line item and department. Data cuts that used to take a few hours to populate in slides are now in live reports that enable us to spend more time driving the business forward and less time cutting and pasting.

Implementing Vareto was a very smooth process, thanks to the Customer Growth Management team. The team was very responsive and effective, able to quickly understand our finance-specific problem statements and helping us with solutions that worked. They also helped us see around corners, calling out if a particular framework or configuration we had chosen might pose trade-offs down the road.

Vareto's model versioning and extensibility features have streamlined our data management. It's our single source of truth, integrating seamlessly with various data sources.
