**What do you like best about ValueWeaver SAP SRM Easy Help?**

Cost-effective solution to help automate, analyse and audit various critical P2P processes. The heavily downloaded utility comes with 70+ features developed on ABAP that seamlessly integrates with your SAP and SAP SRM landscape. This product helped us overcome a roadblock in a critical timebound project where we also contemplated upgrading to Ariba as prescribed by client's IT Strategy consultants. Moving to Ariba would have taken a huge toll on the budget and timelines and we might not have met the requirements of automation, analytics and auditing that we were looking for. The out of the box features from SRM EasyHelp met most of our requirements, plus we can customise it further. The basic support and upgrades of the product are awesome (got interactive bots in the first upgrade itself), plus customization is very agile.

**What do you dislike about ValueWeaver SAP SRM Easy Help?**

The UI/UX could be slightly better, but I think the product specialists have done a good job to align the look and feel with the standard SAP screens plus the navigation tree. It integrates well with the SAP. But may be SAP and all their innovation partners like Value Weaver should work with SAP to improve the UI/UX. SRM EasyHelp has still done a great job and looks aesthetically better than the normal SAP and other SAP utilities.

**What problems is ValueWeaver SAP SRM Easy Help solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think I have already answered this above, but let me elaborate. The product is easy to deploy and comes with rich 70+ features. We used 62 OOTB features and got a few customized reports and took the Bot capability so that our client's SRM users can self serve and most of the traffic is managed in the first point of contact only. The product has really good automation (like Shopping Cart creation and uploads using excel sheets, plus controls features as well). So it ticks the box across our 3-A framework for P2P transformation (Automation, Analytics and Audit)

We had re-org exercise where the tool was very helpful in getting the overview of SRM org structure and then moving the users and populating their attributes correctly and very efficiently.

**What do you like best about ValueWeaver SAP SRM Easy Help?**

The product is nicely designed for SRM end-users and support staff. Many features surprised us and we can do complex SRM updates quickly so saving time and efforts. Particularly, creating shopping carts was a good efficiency tool for end-users. Even moving transactions between users, purchasing groups etc was handy and save time.

**What do you dislike about ValueWeaver SAP SRM Easy Help?**

There is nothing for disliking as product covers all aspects of master and transactional data analysis, reporting and processing but their chatbot feature is not in the base product as they develop chatbot workflow for every client so we may go for an integrated chatbot.

**Recommendations to others considering ValueWeaver SAP SRM Easy Help:**

As the deployment period for the SRM Easy help add-on is around 8-10 weeks, the tool can be used for boosting support staff and end-user efficiency to take away noise and pain points. Knowing that SAP SRM will stay on SAP roadmap until 2027 with extended support until 2030, there is a business case to extend the benefit period for SAP SRM. Secondly, SRM Easy Help tool also covers data migration pieces so migrating from SRM is also assisted which is helpful. All in all a nice tool for any client using SAP SRM and even migrating from SRM.

**What problems is ValueWeaver SAP SRM Easy Help solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving user issues that are related to either SRM master data or transactional data analysis is very easy as you don't have to flip between SRM GUI, its web GUI and even SAP ECC GUI, all data is available at a single place so solving production tickets & service requests e.g. moving users, assigning attributes in SRM org structure, creating delivery address, buy on behalf issues, attribute defaulting issues, inconsistent supplier between ECC & SRM and transactional handover, creation, deletion etc can easily be analysed and corrected. Overall, good admin and efficiency tool for SAP SRM.
