"Valer: A Game-Changer for Streamlined Workflows"
What do you like best about Valer?

I love that Valer centalizes the authorization submissions. We are able view ALL outbound authorization requests and inbound faxes related to the patients. Valer has also streamlined WFH process by eliminiting the need for a fax machine. Valer is user friendly and has helped with boosting efficiency with daily submissions. Cloning authorization request is helpful and efficient as many of our providers have their sttandard CPT codes for most visits. I love that we are able to create "Service Code SETS" for specialized treatments that have a group of codes that are not easy to remember. By selecting a few buttons we are able to add 4+ CPT coes at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Valer?

Its hard to pin point somethng I dislike. My experiences have always been positive with the Valer engineers, when i have feedpack. I do wish we can bring back the direct portal submission, to have that instant authorization / tracking number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Valer?

My favorite thing about Valer is the team that builds and supports this tool. They welcome feedback and are continuously looking for ways to improve. They are agile, dynamic, and innovative. The engineers make changes as we ask them to. They are not a "one size fits all" company. The Valer team builds a tool to address your needs. If there are issues, I can go directly to the team and know that my concern is not lost somewhere in a customer support work queue. The tool was built to be intuitive and easy to train our front-end users on. They also have every different report you could possibly ask for when trying to analyze authorization data. What do you dislike about Valer?

There isn't anything I would say I dislike about Valer. We are constantly pushing the envelope. Sometimes they can't do exactly what we are asking for, because what we dream up is not always possible, but they always come up with alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Valer?

The best part of Valer is being able to organize the 10k referrals per month our organizations places. Of course the automation of auth submission was the biggest driver for us to try Valer in the first place. I now put the ability to track our referrals, see exactly what my staff is doing and run reports on basically any detail of referrals as equal to auth automation... maybe even above it. What do you dislike about Valer?

What do you like best about Valer?

What do you like best about Valer?

Valer transformed the life of multiple teams under my departments in HIM and Referral Center. The biggest win has to be the efficiency it created with us going paperless, automation of Insurance Authorizations, and for Leadership it was a game changer in how we monitored productivity and assigned work. While the focus was on Referrals this product ended up helping us in HIM as well and thus created a better flow of documents communication internally within our organization.

The implementation process was not stressful it was exciting we were ready for change! Valer made it easy they are real people, who cared about our concerns and issues and definitely reflected our prioritities during the implementation phase. They understand !

What do you dislike about Valer?

I love the reporting aspect and while I do love that we can request a report and custom design what data we want reflected, I wish we could just build a report and filter what we want to see since the purpose of one report can hold many uses that would be great! What do you like best about Valer?

Valer is an amazing Referral Management and Prior Auth tool that integrates and makes processes faster and much more efficient. It can automate many workflows that normally take multiple staff to take care of, reducing cost and increasing service levels. I have been the Referrals Director at two different healthcare organizations, and have brought Valer to both. It is easily integrated with multiple EHR's, and can fix many broken workflows within the organization. I will be a lifetime promoter and user of the Valer product and team. What do you like best about Valer?

I love Valer because they understand the referral process!! They have a lot of experience working with FQHC's clinics, this was extremely important to us since we have 31 clinics. The automatic prior authorization integration was amazing, and it saved our lives. Customer Support is the best, their turn around time is instant.
