How it works: Vakoso bridges the gap between physical buildings and digital management. Each property is equipped with a unique Vakoso QR-code poster. When a tenant notices a defect (e.g., a broken heater or dampness), they simply scan the QR code with their smartphone. Without needing to download an app or create an account, the tenant can submit a detailed report—including photo evidence—in under a minute via their mobile browser. The request instantly lands in the property manager's dashboard as a fully structured, actionable ticket. **What do you like best about Vakoso?**

The frictionless tenant experience is truly outstanding. Tenants don’t need to download a heavy app or create an account. They just scan the QR code in the building hallway. This zero-barrier approach guarantees a 100% adoption rate.

From our perspective as a property management company, the biggest win is finally getting fully structured maintenance tickets from the very beginning. Each report comes in with photo evidence, the exact location, and the tenant’s contact details. It has completely replaced the chaotic weekend WhatsApp messages, sticky notes, and never-ending email threads. The centralized dashboard is clean and intuitive, and it saves our team hours of manual administrative work every week.

**What do you dislike about Vakoso?**

There isn’t much to dislike, because the core reporting functionality works flawlessly. Vakoso is a relatively new and agile platform, so it’s understandable that it’s still in the process of expanding its feature set.

Looking ahead, I’d love to see deeper, native API integrations with traditional, large-scale property management ERP systems, so maintenance costs could sync directly into our accounting. I’d also welcome a built-in calendar scheduling tool for external contractors directly within the dashboard. That said, these are really just “nice-to-haves” for the future, and the development team has been highly responsive to user feedback.

**What problems is Vakoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All tickets are now well structured. There’s no longer a need to share WhatsApp or email messages back and forth with different team members, which keeps everything clearer and in one place. For new colleagues the AI Triage System is also nice to have.
