# Vacation Tracker: how do you handle calendar visibility for overlapping leave requests?

I like having leave requests, approvals, balances, and team availability in one place, and the shared calendar makes it easier to plan work and arrange cover. It has reduced admin time and helped us spot overlapping absences early so handovers are easier. One challenge is getting a clearer calendar overview when multiple people request the same dates, especially seeing pending requests alongside approved leave and highlighting coverage gaps. How are others managing coverage planning and approvals when dates overlap?
