Why do they sometimes take a while to respond and sometimes the app freezes a bit? It would be better if it didn't freeze anymore and if it took up a little less space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am very unhappy with this provider and I think they should refund me since they did not deliver what they promised. But of course they have a no refund policy, maybe because most of their customers have issues and request refunds? Who knows.

I worked with Briz in sales and found that much of what he promised me was unable to be delivered after my purchase. The app that he talked about unfortunately crashes and isnt able to function. When I called in the sales staff is aware the app doesn't function but says they cant do anything about it
