**What do you like best about Uzerly?**

I have been able to track some options sales, which I would not have otherwise been able to make due to Uzerly’s onsite retargeting pop-ups and abandoned cart recovery emails.

**What do you dislike about Uzerly?**

I did not like the targeting setting so much, I think it was a bit restrictive. It is impossible to create custom audience segments based on the specified product browsing or product purchase history.

**What problems is Uzerly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the use of Uzerly, I am able to reclaim a part of lost sales through a comprehensive reach to the clients. The integrated user scoring based on AI allows me to focus on the website visitors who would yield the highest results in my retargeting efforts.
