I was lucky enough to lock in a lifetime deal, but even if I didn't, I would still subscribe for their platform. I'm actually surprised by how often they have updates, as I have worked with numerous similar softwares that don't throw money back into their product. Their attribution and user journey are the main reasons we started using them, but then realized a lot of their features have contributed substantially to our KPIs. Their AI features have also been a gamechanger to quickly assist my team with pulling the data for what we need to make critical decisions. They have come a very long way in a very short time. Have had access for over a year, but only started actually using them in the last 6 months and it saddens me that I wasted so much time on other softwares that we were locked into a contract with. Highly recommend and plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future. **What do you dislike about Usermaven?** The only part that could use improvement is their reporting, but not really something that is important when we have all the data we need directly on their platform. This is important because Contacts Hub picks up users who are testers (on dynamic IP) as well. Have already submitted this feature request. Hope it gets done. Usermaven doesn't seem to be able to pick up certain bots. My team tells me they love that we can exclude our own IP, customize which events/metrics are important, and basically build a funnel tracker right in the Usermaven dashboard. I think that the utm, attribution, and conversions are very easy to setup. The best part is that can create a unique analytics script so you dont have to worry about being blocked when using the other competitors. This tool is also created from the ground up it appears and from a team that runs multiple SaaS companies and used this tool to track their sales, too. **What do you dislike about Usermaven?** I don't have anything bad to say about this product. So I can use this space to also rave that they are always brings new updates, and updating their users via their newsletter and fb groups. **What problems is Usermaven solving and how is that benefiting you?** The age old question is where are my leads and traffic coming from? This tool has helped even my new business see exactly all the traffic from around the globe. However, as a digital marketer i can go many leveles deeper with tracking drop offs, keywords, and conversions. ### 49. The interface is clean and shows important information without needing to drill down deeper. I love the way entry and exit pages are highlighted. **What do you dislike about Usermaven?** Lot's of upgrades needed to get full functionality. **What problems is Usermaven solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a solid upgrade from GA4. So, after initial setup, it was so refreshing to feel completely comfortable and capable of managing the reports myself. **What do you dislike about Usermaven?** Some of the data does not seem to update at the same speeds across different reports. **What problems is Usermaven solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were building our own dashboards and analytics for everything in our 2 apps, which took a huge amount of planning, design, and development.
