**What do you like best about Usabitest?**

I like that I no longer have to waste so much time setting up the testing environment on many platform and devices. With Usabitest, I can quickly choose which type of devices and platform I wanted to test my website, and then just wait for the result.

**What do you dislike about Usabitest?**

I wish this service expand to more type of devices that are not just computer and smartphones, sometime I need the ability to test other devices such as microcontroller and mainframes and also IoT devices. It would be really great if Usabitest support this.

**What problems is Usabitest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usabitest help us test our website on many different type of devices and platform. This help us ensure that our website will works perfectly for all type of customers no matter what kind of phone and computer that they use.
