
At the end of day, we are getting as good if not better service from US Cloud than we were going direct with Microsoft, at a fraction of the cost. We've been able to apply those savings towards funding other IT initiatives. US Cloud feels more like a partner than a vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A small % of our tickets do end up getting escalted to Microsoft, these tend to be the one off type tickets / the more complicated ones. When that happens, they tend to drag out longer than we'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
