What do you like best about US Cloud?

At the end of day, we are getting as good if not better service from US Cloud than we were going direct with Microsoft, at a fraction of the cost. We've been able to apply those savings towards funding other IT initiatives. US Cloud feels more like a partner than a vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about US Cloud?

A small % of our tickets do end up getting escalted to Microsoft, these tend to be the one off type tickets / the more complicated ones. When that happens, they tend to drag out longer than we'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about US Cloud?

US cloud is easy to contact and get help immediately. They help with proactive and reactive needs. 90% of tickets are resolved before they get to Microsoft. Flexible with support hours so that you can get more or less based on needs of business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about US Cloud?

If you do not sign a GDAP agreement with another vendor the access to microsft through US cloud is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
