It makes the experience fun as well as also easy to understand and explain methodology-wise. I think the data visualizations are also fun to look at. **What do you dislike about Upsiide?** The limited descriptions for the metrics measured such as Interest, Commitment, and Idea. They are a little difficult to interpret for different settings that we used this data far. Additionally, it is pretty pricey for the offering. Also, the inability to data cut the Idea Screen by the Recall Questions limits our ability to generate meaningful insights. **What problems is Upsiide solving and how is that benefiting you?** Upsiide helped me solve the benefits of running or commercializing certain elements in an ad format that my company produces as a product. Knowing that its rooted in marketing science and analyitics also gives us confidence to shout the findings from the rooftop. Of course it all stems from an incredibly simple and intuitive user interface! **What do you dislike about Upsiide?** Some of the usability on the back end when wanting to compare restuls by different subgroups. Also not being able to run advances analytical techniques like factor analysis or TURF in the tool. **What problems is Upsiide solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whittling a long list of ideas to the top ones and using the TURF application to show an optimized bundle configuration of products to offer. A benefit we realized was that the list of items to include in the Upsiide don't only need to be ideas, products, or claims, but can be barriers to using or doing something, which also tells us what is critical to consumers on a sub conscious level. ### 12. Surveys often didn't reflect their actual choices once those products were rolled out and AB testing is complex to roll out, especially when it comes to smaller decisions. Upsiide has made it easier to test small changes in what is close to a live environment. That is what has provided most utility in my team. Being able to test multiple concepts at the same time is probably the most useful feature. **What do you dislike about Upsiide?** There is not much I dislike in particular. I think being able to incorporate some element of value (i.e. cash value) and measure how different concepts impact the business in terms of revenue would be great to add. **What problems is Upsiide solving and how is that benefiting you?** More agile decisionmaking is the main benefit.
