The advantage of Upsales is that it is so comprehensive. It can satisfy the needs of both small companies and slightly larger ones. You can vary the integrations with other systems, which facilitates the use of the CRM throughout the ENTIRE organization. Including finance and invoicing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The level of complexity makes the system not very intuitive. It is difficult to use as a prospecting tool. It is hard to work with templates and send-outs to customers in a smooth way. Most things (that are not done daily) tend to take a very long time to do. It simply takes time to learn new tasks. The same goes for follow-ups and changes in relation to other systems (Fortnox). Such tasks are difficult to do quickly.
A major disadvantage is also that the CRM demands a lot from its user.
Compared to LimeGo, it is on the simpler side, but the advantage is that a new user can get started in 10 minutes and practically without needing to go through the system with them. Comparatively, it is also much smoother to use in prospecting new customers.
Two areas that Upsales would need to improve are:
1. Make prospecting smoother. Facilitate for a salesperson to add customer information to the CRM without it becoming an additional cost for the employer.
2. Make send-outs - both single and multiple - easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
