These AI agents read messages and documents, understand context, extract and validate data, and automatically route or complete tasks without human intervention. Specialized document-generation agents can even create downstream artifacts—like Certificates of Analysis automatically generated from laboratory results—ensuring compliance and auditability. Operations and IT teams configure everything through a drag-and-drop Agent Builder, while a multi-agent orchestration layer can be leveraged to coordinate complex sub-flows at scale. The platform shortens cycle times, reduces errors, and frees customer-facing teams to focus on exceptions and service rather than manual data entry.
