Benefit to you: You get a single source of truth, fewer disputes about “whose data is right,” and faster reporting and decision-making. B) Manual, repetitive admin work (approvals, matching, routine tasks) Problem: Too much time is spent pushing paperwork—approvals, timesheets, PO/invoice handling—rather than higher-value work. Benefit to you: More workflow automation means less manual effort, smoother handoffs, and quicker cycle times (e.g., approvals and processing). C) Limited visibility and control over budgets/commitments Problem: Without tight integration, it’s hard to see committed spend, project costs, and budget impact in time to prevent overspend.
