"A competent Service management solution with a few caveats"

What do you like best about JobPRO?

The system is very intuitive and user friendly with smaller aspects like auto mic saving features just built in the system. The updates when it was being used was also quite satisfactory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobPRO?

The system promptness to queries can definitely improve through more dedicated account managers and customer care service for troubleshooting. Additional training's during onboarding will also be really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
