And because my colleagues use it too, we can easily share our logins with each other without any problems. **What do you dislike about Uniqkey?** It would be nice if there was a simple way that Uniqkey could replace my old passwords with new stronger ones. The process is quite quick today, but it's all manual. So that’s a feature that would be nice to have **Recommendations to others considering Uniqkey:** Uniqkey has been an easy way for me and my colleagues to reduce our cyber security risks by securely automating all our logins. And I think it can do the same for everyone else. It’s very easy to get started. And in terms of usability, it doesn’t get any simpler. **What problems is Uniqkey solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don’t want to be the cause of a data breach in my company. So I’m glad that we started using Uniqkey. Now I use strong, complex passwords on all my logins, and all my logins happen automatically, which means I don’t even have to enter or remember any of my credentials. None of them. But I guess that the most irritating part with Uniqkey, were the requirements for the master password when I set up my account, which made it difficult to set an approved one. **Recommendations to others considering Uniqkey:** I do not know how we got by before Uniqkey. Passwords didn't import on two occasions when onboarding. This has by far been the greatest benefit of Uniqkey. For the past few years, my workplace has had an increase focus on improving our cybersecurity. Part of this effort has been to encourage me and my colleagues to use maintain a healthy password hygiene. In theory, this should be easy enough; use strong and unique passwords and change them regularly. In practice, however, its not. It’s hard to think of new passwords (and actually remember them) –so I naturally fall back to old ones. Now that we’re using Uniqkey, I can create, save and use strong passwords with ease, and without spending any mental resources on managing them. Uniqkey removes my daily password use and replaces it with an automated login flow. **What do you dislike about Uniqkey?** I can’t think of anything that I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Uniqkey:** Saying Uniqkey is easy to use is an understatement. If your team haven’t used a password manager before, Uniqkey is (in my opinion) the best choice both for both tech-natives and non-tech people. It’s easy to pick up. Has all the features you need to go from poor password hygiene to maxmimum password security in a few minutes. This feature makes a world of difference to everyone at our company – both in terms of security but also in terms of productivity. No one likes to use 2FA because of the extra time-consuming step it adds to logins, but we know its important because of the extra security it adds. Now that we use Uniqkey, everyone is happily activating 2FA on all the services and platforms that allow it. Nobody has any reservation about it anymore. **What do you dislike about Uniqkey?** If there’s one thing I don’t particularly like is that the app sometime is a tiny bit slow to open. Especially their centralized admin dashboard made it easy for me to manage everything from employee access to onboarding. Their automated login with 2fa has been a game-changer for my employees and our overall security. **What do you dislike about Uniqkey?** What I miss with Uniqkey is their ability to also do license management, whenever I delete an employee or remove access from one. I'm a huge fan of their automated synch with our AAD, which makes our offboarding fast, easy ad reliable, but we often forget to scale down our licenses. **Recommendations to others considering Uniqkey:** If in doubt, arrange a meeting with one of their security experts. When you work with 10+ people a lot of login related issues appear. People forget their passwords. People ask for logins. People reuse their passwords. All our logins are stored safely, and Uniqkey auto-fills them whenever we need them.
