I use it everyday for all my logins basically both professionally and also private. I use their own password generator and most of my passwords are now unknown to me which is the general idea. Integrates easily with Azure so you can create custom shared groups. Very easy to use once it's been set up initially. Customer support is fantastic. Managing passwords for teams, migrating passwords from users to other users, and the fact it can be used privately as well. The tool is easy to use, it just requires a short explanation to get through the basics. It's easy to make groups, and is also integratable with other systems like Microsoft. It can then take the groups from your Microsoft directorly to create password groups. The customer service is crazy fast, they usually respond within minutes with an actual fix and not just a "your ticket has been received". We use this tool throughout the day, and i personally use it for private matters as well. **What do you dislike about Uniqkey?** You cannot register a second device as a key, this is inconvenient for our users whom have a private and business phone, and would like to have it on both. Within Unikey I can quickly and easily enter all available passwords to try to log in. When creating new accounts, I can also easily share this with my colleagues so that no time is lost in transferring passwords and searching for this data. **What do you dislike about Uniqkey?** The only difficult thing for me is that I occasionally have to do the verification with my phone when I'm quickly looking for something or when I don't have my phone at hand, for example. I remember, i used to use myki and it has the same but they disconutniued I think. And Uniqkey is perfect yet secure alterantive. Easy to activate, got their email with 3 steps process and it's done. So far only onboarding was done by customer team rest is pretty straitgt forward. In terms of frequency, I use Uniqkey almost daily including my peresonal logins. **What do you dislike about Uniqkey?** The homescreen of the app. It feels like I was stuck somewhere but i wasen't **What problems is Uniqkey solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me manage work passwords and personal passwords. The UniqKey support is super good! If I have a problem or a challenge with something that I would like to have sorted out so I can continue working or logging in. Then within a few minutes a Supporter will contact me. So regarding the UniqKey Support, it's more than satisfying! Regarding the use of UniqKey, then I like that idea behind it, that if I'm having problems logging into a site and I report it to UniqKey support, then they will open it up for all the UniqKey users. This means that instead of everyone having to write to UniqKey that there's a problem on a specific website, then it's shared amoung the users. We're a company that's growing rapidly and the supports of UniqKey are very interested for things that can be improved. It's also super to integrate and implement, and we use it a lot within the Company. So instead of having our employees write all their passwords down in their books, then we use UniqKey. It's a great way to protect our users passwords. **What do you dislike about Uniqkey?** I haven't found anything specific that I dislike about UniqKey. **What problems is Uniqkey solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of us having to write down the passwords on various documents then we can better define a standard for everyone within the company to save the passwords. There's features that we really use and are really happy about. One of those is the feature of being able to share a login. So instead of asking for the users password, which is a big no go, then we can simply share the login, so that we won't compromise the password or login. I have changed most of my passwords that I use various places to 72 characters. I no longer have to remember any of them as I have UniqKey. ### 21. Though, I just noticed it's configurable, but still limited by my company settings. Activating mobile app and chrome plugin was a bit difficult, since there is another app available in the store. I would like a "one time secret" feature that would allow me to share passwords/secrets to externals. It has phising protection, simple browser extensions and the option to fill out 2FA codes. One of my favourite features about Uniqkey is the use of the employees phone as a 2FA device. This eliminates the need to type in long master passwords everytime you need access to your passwords. The admin dashboard is really great too, and as an admin I can easily check the security of certain groups and employees. **What do you dislike about Uniqkey?** I miss the option to be able to move passwords between groups and it's also not possible to share a password owned by a group.
