"A secure tool for password management which allows clever sharing features."

What do you like best about Uniqkey?

The features I love most include password sharing without it being visible to the sharee. Managing passwords for teams, migrating passwords from users to other users, and the fact it can be used privately as well. The tool is easy to use, it just requires a short explanation to get through the basics. It's easy to make groups, and is also integratable with other systems like Microsoft. It can then take the groups from your Microsoft directory to create password groups. The customer service is crazy fast, they usually respond within minutes with an actual fix and not just a "your ticket has been received". We use this tool throughout the day, and I personally use it for private matters as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uniqkey?

You cannot register a second device as a key, this is inconvenient for our users who have a private and business phone, and would like to have it on both. It would be great if I could store passwords via phone as well, currently you can only use the stored passwords, but not register new ones via iPhone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A helpful and easy tool"

What do you like best about Uniqkey?

I often have to log in to different platforms for which I do not know the password and/or username. Within Unikey I can quickly and easily enter all available passwords to try to log in. When creating new accounts, I can also easily share this with my colleagues so that no time is lost in transferring passwords and searching for this data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uniqkey?

The only difficult thing for me is that I occasionally have to do the verification with my phone when I'm quickly looking for something or when I don't have my phone at hand, for example. However, this is an important aspect nowadays and is necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Uniqkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have taken over websites from another party. I am asked every day to log in to a site to look at a request or problem. Thanks to uniqkey, I don't have to look up an excel sheet or look at the communication with colleagues. I can easily try all available passwords and log in while I'm on the phone with the customer. "European best plus Smooth workflow!"

What do you like best about Uniqkey?

- My data is stored in Europe not outside thats the major plus for me.

- Workflow is pretty easy as I don't have to manually find the login list, as it gives approv and deny option

- 2fa autofill feature is another amazing feature which i liked the most

Regarding activation/implmentation: It took me just 1 minutes to understand the welcome email and activation is rest easy.

- UI is different from other password manager which makes it little confusing

"Pretty easy login process for 2fa"

What do you like best about Uniqkey?

The most amazing feature of Uniqkey is 2FA autofill, I mean it's really insane in terms of usability, I don't even have to enter my 2fa codes manually, everything is automatic.

I remember, I used to use Myki and it had the same but they discontinued I think. And Uniqkey is a perfect yet secure alternative.

Easy to activate, got their email with a 3-step process and it's done.

So far only onboarding was done by the customer team, the rest is pretty straightforward.

"Working with UniqKey in the business life"

What do you like best about Uniqkey?

I've been using 1Password in my old job, and though I'm very happy with it, I think that UniqKey have something more to offer. The UniqKey support is super good! If I have a problem or a challenge with something that I would like to have sorted out so I can continue working or logging in. Then within a few minutes a Supporter will contact me.

So regarding the UniqKey Support, it's more than satisfying!

Regarding the use of UniqKey, then I like that idea behind it, that if I'm having problems logging into a site and I report it to UniqKey support, then they will open it up for all the UniqKey users. This means that instead of everyone having to write to UniqKey that there's a problem on a specific website, then it's shared among the users.

We're a company that's growing rapidly and the supports of UniqKey are very interested for things that can be improved.

It's also super to integrate and implement, and we use it a lot within the Company. So instead of having our employees write all their passwords down in their books, then we use UniqKey. It's a great way to protect our users' passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Uniqkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of us having to write down the passwords on various documents then we can better define a standard for everyone within the company to save the passwords. There's features that we really use and are really happy about. One of those is the feature of being able to share a login. So instead of asking for the users password, which is a big no go, then we can simply share the login, so that we won't compromise the password or login.

I have changed most of my passwords that I use various places to 72 characters. I no longer have to remember any of them as I have UniqKey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
