"Essential B2B Tool with Room for UI Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Unilog?

I like how Unilog is built for real B2B needs in Hong Kong, specifically not just acting like a standard B2C webstore. The self-service portal for business customers is a standout feature, allowing clients to log in anytime to check real-time stock and place orders without contacting our team. This suits Hong Kong’s always-on business culture. I also appreciate its ability to handle complex B2B pricing structures with tiered discounts and customer-specific agreements smoothly. It significantly reduces the manual work and errors we previously experienced with spreadsheets and manual quotes. It’s reliable and stable, understanding how B2B buyers operate locally. For our team, Unilog makes daily operations smoother and more scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unilog?

First, the user interface can be slow and unintuitive, especially for less technical team members. Some settings are buried deep in menus, and simple tasks like updating product content or adjusting customer pricing take more clicks than they should. It doesn’t feel as modern or responsive as newer platforms. Right now, too many basic actions require drilling down through multiple layers of menus. Updating product pricing or stock levels takes too many clicks and isn’t search-friendly. Finding customer-specific pricing agreements means navigating through several tabs instead of having quick-access filters. The dashboard doesn’t surface key info like pending orders or low-stock items upfront; we have to go looking for it. A cleaner, simplified main dashboard that shows high-priority items at a glance is needed: recent orders, inventory alerts, customer inquiries, and pending approvals—no extra navigation needed. Search-driven navigation so we can jump directly to products, customers, or orders just by typing, instead of clicking through menus. More intuitive filtering and bulk actions—like bulk-updating pricing, stock, or customer segments without slow, clunky forms. A more responsive, mobile-friendly layout that actually works smoothly on tablets and phones, since many of our team check and process orders while out of office. Consistent button placement and visual design across all sections—right now some functions are labeled differently or hidden in unexpected places, which slows down new users. "Unilog - okay for basic"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Unilog?

There is a team that can make changes for you. They have a team state-side and in India so that is a perk for round-the-clock site maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unilog?

Your website will start to look just like all of their other customers - and if you want to set yourself apart, there are HUGE fees for making changes. The time it takes to work on some of the tickets submitted is ridiculous. We had a punchout request pending and still not working after 18 months! I really hate the blog feature --- it is a pain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CIMM2 innovation"
4/5
What do you like best about Unilog?

Unilog is flexible and willing to adapt and grow to meet customer eCommerce needs. They continue to improve their platform and think outside the box to reinvent their value. It's good to have a helpful extended team of Unilog partners that enable us to provide more value to our stakeholders with the help of their technology and services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unilog?

The new customers have it easier because they reap the benefit of all that has been built into the product over time by early adopters like us. Upgrading is becoming more seamless with newer platforms. Some features we have helped develop were paid enhancements for us. However, this is not uncommon with software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unilog?

Occasionally, communicating with the part of the dev team overseas can be challenging due to time differences and some dialect barriers. Overall, however, they do an excellent job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience with Unilog CIMM2"
5/5
What do you like best about Unilog?

I like the easy platform that is maneuverable in so many ways. It allows me to do multiple tasks at once while I'm doing my daily job. The layout is a huge upgrade from the original platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unilog?

Well like my first comment on being able to do multiple tasks, you do have to be taught where to go and it's not always easy to do. That is really the only downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brie Wolf of Unilog CIMM2

"Switch to the SIMM2 Platform"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Unilog?

We are in the middle of the transition. The new platform, straight out of the box, addresses 13 critical improvements that our old legacy site was missing. So far, everything is going well. We have tested the new search engine extensively, and its performance will enable us to discontinue using our third-party search engine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unilog?

Things could always move faster with the rollover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
