I really appreciate the Unified Product Information Management (PIM) in Unilog. It's great for handling the messy data from multiple suppliers. It enriches data by cleaning up descriptions, attributes, and images, making my site look professional. I love how it lets me centralize content, managing over 100,000 SKUs and disseminating data across various platforms from one place. The Intelligent Search and Filtering feature is also a standout because it uses Solr-powered site search that includes real-time predictive search and synonym management. This helps customers find products even if they use different terms. Faceted navigation allows users to narrow down by specific technical attributes like dimensions, material, or voltage. Aside from those, the initial setup of Unilog was so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customization and "The Gatekeeper" Feel One of the most frequent critiques is that the platform can feel a bit like a "walled garden." Vendor Dependency: Many users find that they can't make significant design or structural changes to their site independently. The Cost of Change: Customizations often require Unilog’s internal team to step in, which can lead to additional service fees and project delays. Template Constraints: While the out-of-the-box templates are functional, businesses looking for a highly unique, brand-forward aesthetic may find the layout options somewhat rigid compared to more modern, "headless" commerce solutions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
