I like how Unilog is built for real B2B needs in Hong Kong, specifically not just acting like a standard B2C webstore. The self-service portal for business customers is a standout feature, allowing clients to log in anytime to check real-time stock and place orders without contacting our team. This suits Hong Kong’s always-on business culture. I also appreciate its ability to handle complex B2B pricing structures with tiered discounts and customer-specific agreements smoothly. It significantly reduces the manual work and errors we previously experienced with spreadsheets and manual quotes. It’s reliable and stable, understanding how B2B buyers operate locally. For our team, Unilog makes daily operations smoother and more scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First, the user interface can be slow and unintuitive, especially for less technical team members. Some settings are buried deep in menus, and simple tasks like updating product content or adjusting customer pricing take more clicks than they should. It doesn’t feel as modern or responsive as newer platforms. Right now, too many basic actions require drilling down through multiple layers of menus. Updating product pricing or stock levels takes too many clicks and isn’t search-friendly. Finding customer-specific pricing agreements means navigating through several tabs instead of having quick-access filters. The dashboard doesn’t surface key info like pending orders or low-stock items upfront; we have to go looking for it. A cleaner, simplified main dashboard that shows high-priority items at a glance is needed: recent orders, inventory alerts, customer inquiries, and pending approvals—no extra navigation needed. Search-driven navigation so we can jump directly to products, customers, or orders just by typing, instead of clicking through menus. More intuitive filtering and bulk actions—like bulk-updating pricing, stock, or customer segments without slow, clunky forms. A more responsive, mobile-friendly layout that actually works smoothly on tablets and phones, since many of our team check and process orders while out of office. Consistent button placement and visual design across all sections—right now some functions are labeled differently or hidden in unexpected places, which slows down new users.
