**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

What I appreciate most is that this tool lets me work in real time, which greatly simplifies my tasks. Furthermore, it provides excellent visibility, making it easier and more efficient to track what’s going on. Additionally, it has helped me optimize my work and improve customer relationships.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

I’m not convinced by the mobile experience; it’s often slow, and the interface doesn’t adapt well. I also think it needs a higher level of professionalism in its design and functionality to improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been a key tool for building strong, lasting relationships with clients. The visibility, analysis, and real-time tracking offered by the platform have made it much easier for me to deliver better, truly personalized service. Furthermore, it has optimized both internal and external communication, which has significantly improved project management and helped me organize my daily tasks more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

I was really impressed by how well everything is integrated into a single environment, which has saved me a huge amount of time and effort. The real-time visibility is excellent, and it was one of the things that impressed me most. On top of that, I can quickly create reports and set up automatic notifications to boost upsells without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

One of the main drawbacks is the price; if the partner team is large, it can quickly become a sensitive issue. On top of that, the notifications weren’t configured properly, so they ended up cluttering my workflow and creating a lot of unnecessary noise.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to struggle with my data because it was a complete mess. Unifyr One took those headaches away by bringing everything together on a single platform, which I really appreciate. My productivity improved a lot without much effort, and now everything feels far more organized and easier to manage overall.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

I like being able to upload my own presentations and videos, which makes promotion and sales so much easier. My marketing feels stronger and my campaigns are more effective, and I really love that. This tool also centralizes everything in one place, which makes it even more effective overall and genuinely great to use.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

Yes, it took me a little while at first to learn how to use this tool. What I like least is that it doesn’t include predefined marketing templates, which would make creating campaigns more efficient.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

What I like most is how it helps bring order to the chaos of my work, which wasn’t unified before and was scattered everywhere. On top of that, the tool has a very clear, smooth interface, which I really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

The interface is quite efficient, but at first it was fairly complex to use, and the alerts overwhelmed me. Overall, it ended up being a frustrating experience.

**What problems is Unifyr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I’ve benefited from most is the operational time it has saved me. Before, I wasted a lot of time doing onboarding and unifying processes, and now everything is much more streamlined, which is excellent. Furthermore, everything feels more robust and professional, and it has significantly improved the program’s perception among partners.

**What do you like best about Unifyr?**

I love how clean and fast it is, especially the real-time visibility—it’s saved me a ton of time. The integration with our TMS is seamless and works perfectly. Another thing I really like is how fluid the marketing tool is; I use it daily without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Unifyr?**

I’m not very convinced by the mobile app, especially since I’m on the go all day. The navigation feels limited, it often has loading problems, and overall it doesn’t feel native at all.

Thanks to this tool, our co-marketing activities and automation can run campaigns autonomously. It’s saved me hours of manual work, which is a huge plus, because now I can spend more time focusing on marketing and strategy.

Sometimes the navigation feels a bit clunky, especially when you need to go back during specific configuration processes. On the other hand, technical support via tickets could use improvement, since the resolution process can be somewhat slow.

What impressed me most is how it brings everything together in one place. Being able to clearly see the real impact of each partner in my pipeline has been especially helpful, and it makes it much easier to understand what’s working at a glance.

I’ve noticed that the advanced integrations with the tools I already use at work are a bit cumbersome. They take more time than I expected.

Before, it was a complete mess because I had so little visibility. Honestly, this tool has saved me the time I used to waste manually bridging applications. Now everything is in a single dashboard, with fewer spreadsheets to manage and fewer duplicate errors.

The downside is that the mobile app isn’t very good. It’s quite basic, and everything feels very limited, without many useful features.
