Additionally, their customer service is responsive and genuinely cares about their clients. **What do you dislike about Uncanny Owl?** The login process on LearnDash was really clunky, and we could not break our customers down into groups. **What problems is Uncanny Owl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Uncanny Owl to enhance our e-learning platform, improving course management and user experience through better login systems, membership management, and progression tracking, crucial for handling large corporate clients. ### 2. It's a pity that LearnDash LMS doesn't support the functionalities that Uncanny Owl has! **What do you dislike about Uncanny Owl?** The support provided by Uncanny Owl on the image sizing for the topic/lesson tile thing would have been unnecessary if the information was available through their support/documentation. **Recommendations to others considering Uncanny Owl:** If you're using LearnDash on WordPress, you need to seriously consider Uncanny Owl to improve the student user experience of the overall online course architecture. **What problems is Uncanny Owl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Learning portals can look very much the same (boring) but with Uncanny Owl, the user experience and the visual presentation can be much much better. The Upload Users plugin works like a charm. Other features such as Login/Logout Redirects, Certificate Widgets, Autocomplete Lessons are worth trying. **What do you dislike about Uncanny Owl?** The Upload Users through CSV plugin sometimes ran into issues when we could not upload more than 20 users at a time. It could be possible because of the size of our database, which has over 65k users. **What problems is Uncanny Owl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uncanny solves the immediate problem of handling large scale users in bulk. Its "Import Users" module really helps us in managing multiple users.
