It simplifies extending what LearnDash can do without custom development. It's also great for automating LearnDash workflows, like enrolling users in courses, assigning them to groups, and triggering actions when they complete lessons. This makes site management easier and boosts operational efficiency because I don't need to rely on a developer. I like the quality of the software itself and the customer support, both of which have been excellent. **What do you dislike about Uncanny Owl?** nothing **What problems is Uncanny Owl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Uncanny Owl to automate LearnDash workflows like enrolling users and assigning groups, easing site management and increasing operational efficiency by reducing developer dependence. ### 2. It's a pity that LearnDash LMS doesn't support the functionalities that Uncanny Owl has! **What do you dislike about Uncanny Owl?** The support provided by Uncanny Owl on the image sizing for the topic/lesson tile thing would have been unnecessary if the information was available through their support/documentation. **Recommendations to others considering Uncanny Owl:** If you're using LearnDash on WordPress, you need to seriously consider Uncanny Owl to improve the student user experience of the overall online course architecture. **What problems is Uncanny Owl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Learning portals can look very much the same (boring) but with Uncanny Owl, the user experience and the visual presentation can be much much better. My students comment on how beautiful my online course is with Uncanny implementation ### 4. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **Describe the project or task Uncanny Owl helped with:** We used the Uncanny Owl's Import Users plugin, which helped us upload LMS users in bulk from the Admin panel. **What do you like best about Uncanny Owl?** The Uncanny Toolkit helps in completing complex tasks efficiently. The Upload Users plugin works like a charm. Other features such as Login/Logout Redirects, Certificate Widgets, Autocomplete Lessons are worth trying. **What do you dislike about Uncanny Owl?** The Upload Users through CSV plugin sometimes ran into issues when we could not upload more than 20 users at a time. It could be possible because of the size of our database, which has over 65k users. **What problems is Uncanny Owl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uncanny solves the immediate problem of handling large scale users in bulk. Its "Import Users" module really helps us in managing multiple users.
