Una handles guest messages 24/7 in a way that feels genuinely human, and Polydom reacts fast with practical improvements. The implementation process was fast, efficient and simple. 
Polydom’s team is attentive, fast on updates, and full of practical suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Una by Polydom?**

Nothing whatsoever. For me it's one of the most impressive systems, and the team is simply superb in every way.

**What problems is Una by Polydom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Una is solving our 24/7 guest messaging gap and the language/culture barrier in enquiries.

That benefits us with faster replies, less after-hours pressure on the team, more confidence that guests are looked after, and better capture of bookings and enquiries without someone glued to a phone.
