What do you like best about VirtualConcierge?

Virtual concierge makes it easy to manage hotel, book customers, change reservations, and increased customer satisfaction! Originally I thought it would take away from the current jobs offered but it has assisted and enhanced the staffs performance and productivity without replacing their joor making them obsolete. Perfect balance of tech, convenience, and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VirtualConcierge?

There are a few glitches but customer service is helpful in sorting these out in a timely fashion. Had to stop using recently due to ownership changes but still would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
