This privacy consideration is also a big plus for me, I get to monitor website usage and don’t feel that I am invading the visitors rights. **What do you dislike about Umami?** In terms of e-commerce tracking capabilities, Umami is quite lacking with its feature set. Those more sophisticated capabilities are missing; for instance, product behavior or user journey through the checkout process. **What problems is Umami solving and how is that benefiting you?** For my personal website, umami has proven to be a better Google Analytics alternative. It gives useful information about user activity without the involvement of a large number of factors and invasions of the users’ privacy. ### 3. It was effortless to set up under WordPress. I use it every day, and it's shared across the team. I never tried Customer Support, but I also never needed it.
