From the perspective of the administration the flexibility and the Ultimo Customization Tool. It is very easy to adjust Ultimo to our needs. Also the Integration and connection to other Tools is very good.

The mobile version has it benefits but also many pain points and many persons are not amused, that there is a different view for example on the job for the planner of the job and the craftsman on the tablet.

Also i don't like the evolution that every feature is going to cost extra, even when you already have the premium plan and the feature itself is a core feature for Enterprise Asset Management. In this case this should be included.

One of Ultimo’s biggest strengths is the high level of flexibility it offers. I don’t have any real negative points about Ultimo. The only thing to keep in mind is the use of configuration points when you want to make your own changes. I like that Ultimo is so flexible and that you can come up with a solution for every problem.
