## Ultimate Vocabulary Reviews
  ### 1. Ultimate Vocabulary (2015)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen L. | Substitute Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Ultimate Vocabulary?**

I like how this software enables users to practice vocabulary in a variety of ways. This ranges from merely learning the words, to identifying them, using them in sentences, and finally organizing them based on meaning or relevance. A great tool for students to develop effective vocabulary knowledge and skills.

**What do you dislike about Ultimate Vocabulary?**

I didn't like how the software has limitations. You cannot create activities to apply the skills but have to use what is available. These limitations can be rather frustrating at times. I have not discovered if there is a premium version or add on that enables this. However, from what is available in this version it appears to be not an option.

**What problems is Ultimate Vocabulary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using this to improve the knowledge of students. These students are learning how to apply their vocabulary knowledge in real time situations that either are actually business experiences or simulated. This is to provide students with vocabulary skills to prompte independence in the work environment in realistic experiences they will encounter.

  ### 2. A review of Ultimate Vocabulary

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreejit B. | Graduate Research And Teaching Assistant, Higher Education, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Ultimate Vocabulary?**

The thing I like most about this software is the way it teaches new words using contextual learning. It' s much different that just mugging up definitions of words. The vocab lists are super accessible, from the internet, cloud and on the go. The presentation is also enriching, since they involve learning new words through games or puzzles, which helps to remember newly learned words easily. The price is also low compared to its usefulness. I think the software has now been renamed, but when I bought it, it was really cheap.

**What do you dislike about Ultimate Vocabulary?**

There is nothing much to seriously dislike about this. The only thing they can improve on a little is customization. Different users may be looking to build vocabulary for different reasons, and their needs from the software will be different. I'm not saying Ultimate Vocabulary doesn't take it into account, but maybe that can be improved a little.

**Recommendations to others considering Ultimate Vocabulary:**

Use this if you've many people to train quickly for some English language requirements at your workplace. It's cheap and super efficient for that purpose. It's also extremely interactive compared to its competitors and allows users to learn quickly and efficiently. I'd recommend it unless your students/users have diverse needs or you find a free and equally efficient alternative.

**What problems is Ultimate Vocabulary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used ultimate vocabulary to train new student employees whose native language is not English so that they may satisfy English language requirements at my workplace. This software was not explicitly required by my employer, but it was very good and cheap.

  ### 3. Great tool for anyone preparing for this LSAT, SAT, GRE, GMAT and other tests

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Ultimate Vocabulary?**

In comparison to other tools -- the Ultimate Vocabulary works great!! I can highlyh recomment

**What do you dislike about Ultimate Vocabulary?**

I have yet to find something I do not like.

**Recommendations to others considering Ultimate Vocabulary:**

I would strongly recommend everyone in the field of education (does not matter what level) to really try this tool out. It will make life easier for the teacher and also find effective ways to engage with the students where the class and learning are both interactive and meaningful.

**What problems is Ultimate Vocabulary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for my classes at the university - especially with students that are learning a new language or for students where English is not the first language.
