What I dislike most about ULTRUS® ComplianceWire® is its outdated, unintuitive interface, especially for administrators. In addition, while its reporting tools are powerful, creating custom reports is fairly complex. What I like best about ULTRUS ComplianceWire is how it streamlines our regulatory training requirements. From a day-to-day end-user employee perspective, ULTRUS(R) ComplianceWire(R) functions as a lean centralized hub for completing assigned learning mandates. It offers clean dashboard featuring widgets that show Incomplete Assignments, Curriculum Status, and Assignment History for users to conveniently access references from past training sessions. Not only does the high-visibility color-coded visual indicators help users prioritize urgent courses that are overdue, at risk or not at risk, but it also added contrast to broaden the usability to diverse visual end-users. The platform is modern across browsers and mobile environments, allowing users to complete compliance e-learning at their convenience and transferrable across devices powered by Windows, iOS, or Android. While ULTRUS(R) ComplianceWire(R) is an industry standard for regulated life sciences companies due to its rigorous audit trails, there are some room of improvements for the product. Although it is intuitively easy to navigate, the dashboards and user experience interface remain rigid and clunky, so much like a basic website design. While the end-user learner portal is easy to navigate, switching to the management or trainer view remains less intuitive and makes it too difficult to run intricate reports and designing forms too tedious. The technical limitations include low file-size upload limits for custom SCORM packages, which creates bottleneck internal multimedia contents. I like ULTRUS® ComplianceWire®’s global material database and automated safety data sheet authoring. The database helps us instantly source chemicals, and the safety data sheets help us identify chemical hazards and are available in different languages and jurisdictions.
