**What do you like best about UCare?**

UCare is a great church management system that is beneficial to all pastoral care performance; from the ability to send timely emails (for birthdays, anniversaries, etc), to marking service attendance, UCare does it all.
Secure notes, child check-in and check-out, events, and more.  I would highly recommend UCare to any church organisation or similar!

**What do you dislike about UCare?**

We have found that UCare seems to perform better on Android devices compared to Apple.  However, that said, as soon as we brought it up with the tech support team and were able to show them the difference in performance they were addressing it immediately.  The support has been excellent.

**Recommendations to others considering UCare:**

Use the trial and watch the support videos to see just how powerful and beneficial UCare is for your organisation.  We are regularly in touch with the UCare team to make sure we are getting the best we can out of the system - and they could not be more helpful.

**What problems is UCare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UCare has enabled us to provide better duty of care to our Kids Ministry, including the check-in and check-out features, the reminders regarding police checks for our leaders, and the new rostering feature have been great for the kids ministry.
In addition to this, being able to record attendance, and in turn follow up lack of attendance has been great.  The secured private notes for the pastoral care pastors is brilliant.  The customisable event settings is also amazing. 
The email campaigns and the ability to design and automate them is great.  This really is a fantastic tool.

**What do you like best about UCare?**

The interface is easy on the web, the mobile app is very readable and suitable for mobile devices and available both Android and Apple, It's powerful and yet also able to be used just as a simple database.

**What do you dislike about UCare?**

It's only primarily suitable for churches, so other NFP's might not find it as useful.

**Recommendations to others considering UCare:**

Well worth it if you are looking for a 'relational' CMS.

**What problems is UCare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is an easy place to allow staff to access contact details for attendees even when they're on the go. We also use it to keep an idea of who is involved in what parts of our church - different groups, ministries, church services, and to keep notes about things that help us serve them better. We're monitoring our overall health by staff adding in information about attendees and major events.
