**What do you like best about Typefully?**

The interface is very GitHub-feeling.  I find it easy, but I am not sure if others, who are not technical woudl agree.  Like Notion, this is probably a polarizing UI.

**What do you dislike about Typefully?**

Uses Grok.

When the system does things, like create a voice or brand guide/instructions, and then messes it up, you WILL BURN AI CREDITS trying to fix it.  

In essence, you get to pay for their AI mistakes.  I used all my AI Credits that day, just trying to fix the user description field that the AI populated with completely made-up things (wrong industry, title, audience, company, location, etc)

It is ridiculous that these AI companies don't bother wrapping their AI and putting it on rails to then keep the customer from having to bear the financial and time burden of terrible tooling and hallucinations.

It might be a good product, but who can tell, since it is literally unusable.  And no, waiting a day for the credits to renew is junk.  That is an entire day gone.

**What problems is Typefully solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It should have made it easier for my team to collaborate on social media outbound campaigns.  Never got that far.
