We've used the Twentythree platform for many years now and are very happy with its comprehensive and modern feature set and capabilities. The product roadmap and feature evolution is proactive and considered. As webinar producers, we appreciate the platform's strong reliability and personal (and knowledgeable) support. As video creators we love the integration of video hosting capabilities in the platform, which has many clever solutions for an easy and integrated use of on-demand video alongside live webinars. Twentythree's video platform makes video integration into websites very straightforward and the data insights we receive are very useful and informative. Twentythree enables us to run webinars at scale without any worry over reliability or lack of core features. We're able to use RTMP or the native producer interface as required. TwentyThree has everything we need to run professional webinars—invites, landing pages, and even tools to bring video across our website. And with its smooth HubSpot integration, lead generation through videos has never been easier. Being a Finnish company, we really value that TwentyThree is based in Europe—it makes GDPR compliance so much smoother. And their support team? While TwentyThree offers great features, the web-based AV production could be more stable—we’ve noticed occasional dropped frames. I love TwentyThree and no I don’t work for them! It’s hands down the best video platform for business out there. And its features including video storage, hosting & organisation, webinars, personal video messaging, website integration and more.. are second to none. Their support is awesome too. First off the webinar tool: it’s the best on the market and we run webinars for clients. Next the video hosting; I use TwentyThree to host videos for my website using their spots feature, that gives me advanced analytics on the videos and allows me to add CTA buttons in pop-up videos. "Best combo Video Hosting platform + webinars" 5/5 What do you like best about TwentyThree? I love the Marketo integration. Once a person is authenticated in Marketo, his/her journey will be tracked in 23, and I will get in Marketo previous information in the activity log; thus I will be able to include this behaviour in my scoring, send insights to sales... But it works the other way around: once the person logs in 23, a lead is created in Marketo, and the association is also done at the cookie level. 23 is just another Marketo lead acquisition source. + proactive and cool team + plenty of features and hidden gems + capability to apply your branding really far + smooth experience of lead acquisition in videos + all your videos in a fully branded video hub + Europe based due to the growing concerns regarding data hosting I search for my organization and my customers the right solution and compared various platforms and 23 was my "coup de coeur". Miss the interaction with Learners as only chat function available and no virtual backgrounds. Would like a special test site where you can run rehearsals ahead of a live.
