TuitionPing.com Reviews & Product Details

TuitionPing is automated tuition reminders by text message, built for independent daycares and childcare centers. Here's how it works: you add your families (name, phone, tuition amount, due date — or import a CSV), and TuitionPing handles the rest. Reminders go out automatically 3 days before tuition is due, on the due date, and with polite nudges at +3 and +7 days late — only while the balance is unpaid. Parents reply PAID from any phone; your dashboard updates the moment they do. No app for parents to install. No awkward pickup-line conversations about overdue balances. No 10pm spreadsheet sessions. Key features: 4-stage automatic SMS reminders (pre-due, due date, +3/+7 late) Two-way texting: parents reply PAID, BAL, STOP, START, HELP English and Spanish templates, fully editable Automatic late-fee calculation and application CSV family import with row-by-row error reporting Full timestamped message log per family Quiet hours in your program's timezone Year-end parent tax statements (Growth plans and up) Pricing: Micro $19/mo (up to 10 families), Starter $29/mo (up to 30), Growth $59/mo (up to 75), Multi-site $99/mo (up to 200). Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. TuitionPing does not process payments — it sends the reminders and records PAID replies. You verify payments in whatever system you already use. 5. Categories (select all that apply) Child Care Management Billing & Invoicing (reminders) SMS Marketing / Text Messaging Small Business 6.
