They're experts in data extraction and BI reporting; producing BI reports that help generate action. They're friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. We are super proud of the reporting suite produced with Tugger and we can't wait to role it out, in the new portal making the reports easily accessible to our organisation and our external clients. **What do you dislike about Tugger?** The upload of reports not the easiest howeverthe team are on hand, and happy to help with walk through it step by step. They're also looking at new ways to make the process easier. **What problems is Tugger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gives a visual representation of the xero data for my clinets, and also summarises the invoices payable by supplier by date something i can't currently get out of Xero. ### 3. Tugger's guidance and Power BI templates make connecting and extracting insights easy, without the hassle of setting up your own API key and having to build measures and calculated columns on your own. We found some reporting discrepancies between our Power BI report and direct Harvest extracts. The Tugger support team went above and beyond to review both our Power BI and Excel reports to help us pinpoint where some of the issues were occuring. Excellent product, excellent support. **What do you dislike about Tugger?** There may be differences between your Power BI reporting and Harvest exports, but this can be accounted for as long as your team is aware. **What problems is Tugger solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides deeper insights to our Harvest time billing data than the report exports provided by Harvest. ### 4. As well as the free Simpro reports, we commissioned Tugger to produce bespoke reports for us. This has enabled us to present the data how we want to see it, both visually and how we use Simpro. This has meant the reports are much more accurate and can be relied on. The team are always on hand to answer questions, support in report implementation. The turnaround time on bespoke reports is also excellent. **What do you dislike about Tugger?** There is nothing to dislike about Tugger. Overall we are very happy. **What problems is Tugger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tugger has helped us pull critical data from Simpro and present this in a way that is both easy to use and accurate for our senior management team and sales team. ### 5.
