What do you like best about TSplus?

It has replaced my RDP server. No RDP license is needed, it is easy to set up, and the support team actively resolves any issues.

The HTML5 client turns Windows applications into a web portal, so our users can access QuickBooks and legacy apps through it. I also added 2FA and the Advanced Security add-on to help protect the user account and the server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Management with Seamless Setup"

What do you like best about TSplus?

I like that TSplus has replaced RDPApps across the estate, allowing for central management and providing quick access to internal resources and secure web apps. I also appreciate how easily the web interface can be configured using the admin tool and integrated with existing HTML code, as well as how permissions can be assigned effortlessly to existing AD groups or individually. What do you like best about TSplus?

The absolute best alternative to Windows RDS or Citrix. TSPlus allowed me to grow my business by enabling me to run my legacy software solutions in the cloud, without having to stress about complex licensing agreements. Forced support license/add-on. Without any ability to opt-out during the purchasing process.

What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows us to rapidly connect to client computer and see exactly how an issue is affecting them when we are unable to replicate it at our end. We can then see what plugins, applications, settings they have configured on their computer that may be interfering with the proper use of our application.

This allows us to then provide the client with a temporary workaround as well as providing our developers how to reproduce the issue so that they can come up with permanent solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
