If more functionality is needed, the use of the plugin is available for those. We are using TSPlus for lots of customers and we host our applications on Googke Cloud Platform, where TSPlus works beautifully. TSPlus is and will be our connection platform for years to come. Excellent porduct with top of the line support. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** The only thing I don't like too much, knowing it is most a Windows limitation than TSPlus, is the neccesity of restarting the server when a service pack is applied for TSPlus. **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** TSPlus has made our life easier, by giving us the capability of offering our system to our custoner from the cloud, without the need of migrating the whole application to a different language. The upgrades are always coming? **What do you dislike about TSplus?** Well, sometimes, reading the help documents is a lot of work and takes uptime, so for me emailing their support department is faster and there response usually resolve the problem. I have to many other projects and systems to maintain, taken up my time, no time to read ...Oh, and the fact that English is not first language. Five minutes and it is working. Our CRM RDserver has been working with 10 thin clients for 6 years without a single problem. Service & support is also great. After we broke the configuration, they got us working again through some interesting issues. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** Support is email only, understandable for the cost and the size of the company. Furthermore, after 18 months of using it on the first server, I can say that it is very stable and in fact I have purchased other licenses for other servers. Another very important thing is the technical support which is very helpful in assisting you especially in new configurations even if sometimes it would be enough to read their documentation more carefully which is well done and often decisive. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** The virtual printer is my least favorite thing about how it works so much that I use the universal printer which works great. I also suggest cutting licenses from 15 users because the window between 10 and 20 is too large. **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used the Macrosoft remote apps but often had to repeat the installation on the clients while with TSplus in over a year from the first configuration I never had to reinstall anything. ### 37. Our clients have been particularly impressed with the PWA access method for installing the client via the Browser for a web experience in a stand-alone branded window within Windows. Removing the need for an entire RDP session that takes over their whole screen has been a big win. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** The numerous websites can lead to a bit of confusion when ordering. It would be sensible to pick one domain and redirect all the others to that so that you don't worry if you're purchasing a license from the wrong place. Ability to invoice in GBP would be a nice to have. **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Access to a Windows server environment for multiple customers and the ability to make that process easy and intuitive for them has been a critical benefit to our business. It has made a move to the cloud easier for previously on-premise businesses. ### 38. You find out when purchasing, and the budget is already allocated. It is not expensive but is not shown from the start. **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a robust terminal services solution at the best possible price. There are other options, but most require paying for Microsoft's Terminal Services AND their solution on top. We are able to host our desktop application on the web without a single code change. This allows us to focus on a single app and deploy it to both Windows and the web. It saves us a ton of resources not having to develop a separate web application. On top of that, TSplus has a lot of customization options to tailor the html5 version to your liking. It is the best way to host your legacy Windows apps in the cloud. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** When using the html5 version: The controls in the apps hosted by TSplus are not actual html based controls which affects how copy/paste works. Keyboard copy/paste works fine, but the browser limits the interaction with the user's clipboard. It's not a problem for our users, but it does cause lead to occasional tech support calls. **What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** TSplus allows us to develop a - desktop - application and host that in the cloud. It gives us the reach and advantages of web hosting without having to rewrite our application to a web based app. ### 42. It replaces Windows RDS licensing so has resulted in a major cost saving for us. The support team is fantastic and their support for partners is exceptional. Would highly recommend this product. **What do you dislike about TSplus?** The only downside is that there is no central management for deployed instances, so software updates need to be done manually on each and every server which is a major hassle as we have more than 60 instances installed.
