**What do you like best about Truvelop?**

This was a very disappointing platform in terms of capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Truvelop?**

Non-intuitive, disconnected experience.   The software is too light on oveall usability and features to make it worth investing in for team alignment.

**What problems is Truvelop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was intended to replace paper or form based performance management, however it does not do this well and does not meet the objectives.

Over and above the value of the product itself, it is also crystal clear to me that the Truvelop team serves as a meaningful and relevant extension of my HR role - and that is much appreciated

**What do you dislike about Truvelop?**

I haven't really found anything yet that I don't like about it!

**What problems is Truvelop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff Retention!
