How it works
The issuing institution produces a TrustPaper document printed with an embedded NFC chip and QR code. At the moment of issuance, a cryptographic record is anchored to the blockchain, creating a permanent, immutable reference. Anyone can then tap the chip or scan the QR code with any smartphone to verify authenticity in seconds. If anyone tampers with the physical document or chip, the next verification scan automatically flags the discrepancy against the blockchain record.
