TrustLayer Browse shows which AI tools and cloud apps are in use across your devices, who is using them and what they do in them, including the ones nobody signed off. AI Exposure gives you three policy states, allow, track and block, which you set by user, group or tool and apply by action: uploads, shares and downloads. Approved tools run with no friction. The risky-but-useful middle stays available while every upload, share and download is logged. Unsanctioned tools and actions are stopped at the device, and the user sees a plain reason. In the browser, inline inspection is what makes upload and paste control possible, including checks on the files being sent. Tracking is set per action, so prompt content can be left out of tracking where privacy calls for it. Desktop AI apps aren't inspected. CASB keeps a live list of the SaaS your business actually uses, who uses it and how much, so you can approve it or switch it off. Evidence exports show which tool, which action, which policy and who it applied to. Decisions are made on the device, with no proxy and no tunnel. It runs on Windows and macOS, on managed and unmanaged devices, and is pushed by Intune, Jamf or any MDM. Most customers are live in 30 minutes. Web Security comes alongside it from day one. The product puts all the data from the web security solution into easily digestible reports. **What do you dislike about TrustLayer Cloud Application Security (CASB)?** There is so much information you can get out of the reports it can be overwhelming. Luckily the team at Censornet are incredibly helpful going through the information and suggesting which reports produce the best data for your specific needs. **What problems is TrustLayer Cloud Application Security (CASB) solving and how is that benefiting you?** It pulls the data from Web and makes a lot of data readable so you can set up rules in order to manage the way people are using certain websites. We have found this particularly useful when looking at what information is being sent via websites such as Dropbox and WeTransfer when these are not our company-approved methods of sharing data. ### 2.
