What do you like best about TrustArc?

We use TrustArc assessments to help with our privacy and security vendor review process. We were able to tailor the questionnaires to our needs to ensure that the issues facing our company were asked during this process. It is also great that we get notified when a response is provided, that we could create auto tasks for questions that we frequently get questions about and track the status through to completion. We have also subscribed to TrustArc's Nymity platform which allows us to get up to date news regarding the laws and regulations that we care the most about. We were also able to set up monthly emails to provide us updates. We also appreciate how quickly the TrustArc team responds to bug requests. They truly care about partnering with us and that is what we want from a vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustArc?

The process is not always seamless and bugs do occassionaly occur. When they do, while TrustArc is responsive to the fix request, the fixes are not always immediate and we find ourselves chasing them down to solve the problem versus getting updates from them on the status. Recommendations to others considering TrustArc:

What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to track the status of our vendors as they work through the assessments is paramount to our success. We have taken the TrustArc assessment product and molded it to create audits that we use for our vendors and internal teams alike. What do you like best about TrustArc?

I was honestly a bit embarrassed that I wasn't aware and TrustArc, working with my co-worker in the Compliance security team, made it happen -- my compliance co-worker also worked so well with them, another reason for their review -- so easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, takes compliance to the next level"

What do you like best about TrustArc?

I like that TrustArc has the functionality to easily keep track of and manage do not sell or share requests. I also like that our account team is very helpful and always answers our questions quickly. What do you dislike about TrustArc?

Sometimes TrustArc can be a little technical which isn't necessarily a bad thing it just takes more time for us to educate our internal team about what the tool does and the value it brings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?

TrustArc is helping us solve the issue of a central place to keep track of everything related to an individual's privacy rights. We're able to track cookie consent and data subject access requests, but TrustArc takes it another layer with the function to manage "do not sell/share my information" which our previous vendor did not offer. What I dislike about TrustArc is contacting Support when there is an issue. Oftentimes, they are reactive and look only on the surface level of what the issue is rather than looking deep within our set up within their platform to find out why a system function isn't working properly for our company.
