Depending on your tech stack, once you figure out the path you want to go through to get TrustArc integrated, maintenace is relatively easy. **What do you dislike about TrustArc?** Support is not as great as I'd like. I'd like to have a proper Wiki site where I can see how to implement TrustArc is I'm using Angular, React, Vue, plain vanilla JavaScript, Shopify or Google Tag Manager. A Get Started section that allows me to learn how easy could be to integrate it or a playground where I can test Consent Managers to verify configuration. At this point I know tricks like specifying query parameters in the URLs to see how the CM will behave in a given location but I learned that after exchanging several emails with our support representative. Another thing that I would like is a way for me as a customer to see the configuration of a given Consent Manager. There have been instances where we asked for a given change in a test CM for us to test in stage environments and we are told that the test CM is a replica of Prod just to discover differences during testing that take several emails to clarify with our customer representative. I'd love to have a dashboard to see what feature/settings are enabled in a given CM so I can verify things myself and not just rely on what our support representative says which as I mentioned before, has been proved wrong in the past and represents a waste of time for everyone involved. **What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?** TrustArc allows us to be compliant with cookie regulations all over the world. There are some features which it is lacking e.g., when data mapping, ability to change and move vendors on the map and add additional vendors or processes. **What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?** The assessments are easy to use and also very easy to create your own however there are some issues in not being able to get an overall risk score rather it is based on individual section or questions only. ### 3. Currently, to be able to estimate the correct opt-out rate and understand the true impact to the analytics visibility is nearly impossible with the tool as it stands today. It is really important to expand its capability to better explain engagement with the tool and break it down by country/language. Please consider the country and language override provided by your clients for reporting. Otherwise the numbers make no sense in terms of the business context. Session definition of 30mins regardless of activity inflates the numbers significantly making TrustArc sessions exponentially larger than the site sessions. There are some site speed imporvements you can build into the templates to avoid LCP. CLS is not much of an issue with the modal. **What problems is TrustArc solving and how is that benefiting you?** it is allowing for a convenient cookie audit that allows us to identify owners with ease rather than having to track down initiator page and the owners on our own. They faciliatate a tried and tested modal which has some excellent out of the box functionality and ability to list the cookies/ domains as necessary.
