What I like best about TrustArc is how it brings structure and consistency to privacy work that would otherwise be very manual and fragmented.

The platform provides a centralized way to manage key privacy processes such as data subject requests, PIAs/DPIAs, vendor assessments, data mapping, cookie consent, and regulatory tracking. This has helped reduce reliance on spreadsheets and email-based workflows, improving overall efficiency and visibility.

One of the biggest benefits is the ability to standardize processes and create repeatable workflows, which makes it easier to maintain consistency across teams and scale the program as needs grow.

I think TrustArc is an expensive service, and the interface has a learning curve for new users or new employees. Simply making navigation and common tasks more intuitive would improve the user experience.
