What do you like best about TrulySmall Accounting?

The "inbox" workflow is intuitive for clients and the reports I can pull are what I actually need and not a tragic mess of poorly named sub-accounts stacked three layers deep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrulySmall Accounting?

There is no accountant's dashboard so when you log in you see it just the way the client sees it. I wish for a product that will allow me to better manage these types of micro-clients at scale and I'm not sure this is it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrulySmall Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Micro-business clients can't afford outsourced bookkeeping but the dominant bookkeeping software is far too powerful for an amateur user. And if you can't afford to outsource, you probably can't afford clean-up either. What TSA is good at is keeping clients from totally ruining their own books. What do you like best about TrulySmall Accounting?

It is simple and easy to use, like putting things in a normal checkbook registry. It works as an excel sheet but does all calculating quickly and easily. It sorts all the things into the proper categories for expense reports for the end of the year also. It really is perfect for any small business! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrulySmall Accounting?

There is not really anything I can say in this category. The one thing I would like is a reminder system that I could set up to remind me to log in on a schedule so that I do not get behind entering the data. I am so overloaded with the work and I tend to forget to log in at times until I am at the end of the month and a reminder system through the program would be great! What problems is TrulySmall Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me stay organized and keep all my bills, receipts, expenses and payments in one place so that I do not have paper everywhere. It is all in one space, online and I can access it from anywhere also. I can be away on a business trip and still log in and see where I am at for the month or be able to enter an expense while on a business trip. It is very user friendly. What do you like best about TrulySmall Accounting?

I have been using Kashoo for over a year now and really love the new look for the new 2.0 release. What I really like best is that it has a very simple interface and a clean look so my team can quickly find out where we are at with our accounts and transactions. Great job here. Using different accounting services for different companies that I run I do not really find much wrong with the newest version of the software. What I would like is for it to enhance its graphics and displays for all your accounts as well as get the iPhone app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a simple answer. Kashoo is really making the day-to-day business transactions easy to add and review. Additionally, this solves a big problem of not knowing where your assets and liabilities are at any time. What do you like best about TrulySmall Accounting?

The software has an easy to use interface, plus I like the charts that show your income and expenses when you sign in. I need to stay on top of my expenses the charts help me do that as soon as I sign in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
