When getting started with TrueReview, I was a little confused navigating the interface. I also had trouble uploading contacts. However, the support team came in and saved the day. They formatted my csv correctly, and I was able to start sending review requests right away. We use TrueReview to send review requests consistently now, and has made it easy to assist the businesses we work with in implementing review requests into their workflow. The plan we have, we can only use 1 business under the same business account, which makes it difficult to balance review requests between two locations.
