They're very innovative, using artificial intelligence to make the job sites more informative, and keep everyone up to date with the site's progress. They have great integrations with Procore and other tools, and they're very tech-forward in terms of keeping up with things. I also found their mobile solutions to be great. It's very easy to get ramped up with trueLook because they're very accommodating, showing us how to use the cameras and software and helping with deploying it on jobs.

I think they were very competitive in the industry regarding pricing, as well as the services offered. Was able to capitalize on some discounts as well at time we ordered, customer service before and after purchase was also great. Took time to schedule a walkthrough of the software. Ease of install was pretty no brainer with a pole most, I imagine it would go even quicker if we just mounted It onto a building, building the mast was the hardest part. Once we plugged the camera up to power it took all of 5-10 minutes for it to be on, and haven't touched it since. Consistently takes pictures every 15 mins, satisfies all the needs for us.
