I think they were very competitive in the industry regarding pricing, as well as the services offered. Was able to capitalize on some discounts as well at time we ordered, customer service before and after purchase was also great. Took time to schedule a walkthrough of the software. Ease of install was pretty no brainer with a pole most, I imagine it would go even quicker if we just mounted It onto a building, building the mast was the hardest part. Once we plugged the camera up to power it took all of 5-10 minutes for it to be on, and haven't touched it since. Consistently takes pictures every 15 mins, satisfies all the needs for us. The only downside or potential comment would be to be able to add individual services as add ons or extras to the basic/essential package.
