They are also straightforward to alter if we need to; it is always nice to have that option. The platform is personalised to our company's needs, and we also love using a graph to see analytics and data such as acceptance rates and replies. There is also an excellent feature for scheduling posts which we will try out very soon! 10/10, would definitely recommend to other business owners and head of departments. **What do you dislike about Trueleads?** The inbox feature is a little tricky - If we reply on LinkedIn or open a message on LinkedIn, it doesn't show up on the Trueleads platform. The tech is great, but most tech is. What separates TrueLeads is the advice/consultancy they actually give you on how to optimise your social selling performance. We've learn't more in 2 onboarding sessions than years of spray and pray ourselves. As much as this appears to drive the volume play, it's the quality that will surprise you. Your messaging will become sharper - you'll have real data to back it, and it saves you the drudgery of doing all of this yourself. **What do you dislike about Trueleads?** Downside is risk of course. LinkedIn can ban accounts due to automation tools but the team are very clear on the boundaries they set to prevent this ever happening **What problems is Trueleads solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most important of all..
