What I appreciate most about Trucker Tools is how straightforward it is to track loads and keep up-to-date with the driver’s location. The live GPS visibility really streamlines communication with brokers, since we always have a clear idea of where the truck is and what the estimated arrival time will be. The app is user-friendly for drivers, even for those who aren’t very tech-savvy. It significantly cuts down on check calls and saves dispatch a lot of time. At times, the app becomes slow or stops updating when the driver's signal is weak, leading to tracking gaps that brokers may question.
